Booted or Ticketed?

If you’ve found a CityClamp device on your vehicle or received a citation, here’s what you need to know.

If you received a ticket

  1. Look for your CC-XXXXXXX citation number on the notice placed on your vehicle.
  2. Go to the Pay Fine page and select “Citation.”
  3. Enter your citation number and follow the secure payment process.
  4. You’ll receive confirmation immediately — no further action is needed.

If your vehicle was booted

  1. Find the CCB-XXXXX boot serial number printed on the device, as well as your license plate number.
  2. Visit the Pay Fine page and select “Boot Release.”
  3. Enter the serial and license plate number and complete payment.
  4. Once payment is confirmed, our system will automatically text you a code to unlock the boot remotely.
  5. After removing the boot, you must place it in the designated drop-off location. Failure to return the boot will result in loss of your deposit.
